Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: April 16, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Leewou platform and services. It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

1.1 Data Misuse & Extraction

  • Scrape, crawl, spider, or harvest data from the Platform using bots, automation tools, scripts, or any programmatic means beyond the functionality intentionally provided
  • Perform searches or requests in a volume, frequency, or pattern that indicates automated usage
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, credit quotas, or other technical restrictions
  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Creator Data or any data obtained through the Platform, except as expressly permitted by your Subscription
  • Use Creator Data for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including determining eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing

1.2 Harmful Conduct

  • Use the Platform to stalk, harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person, including creators
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam to creators using contact information obtained through the Platform
  • Compile false, misleading, or deceptive information or content using the Platform
  • Harm minors in any way
  • Use the Platform in connection with any activity that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence

1.3 Security & Integrity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or connected systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Platform
  • Introduce viruses, malware, worms, trojans, or any harmful code into the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks, or overburden the Platform in a way that impairs its performance
  • Create multiple accounts for a single individual, or create accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes
  • Use the Leewou domain name, branding, or contact information to impersonate Leewou or any other entity

1.4 Legal Violations

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights
  • Use the Platform in any manner that is contrary to the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Provide material support or resources to organizations designated as terrorist organizations under applicable law

2. Creator Data Usage Rules

When you access Creator Data through the Platform, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when processing creator personal data, including the GDPR where applicable
  • Notify creators of your data processing activities where required by law, including at the time of first contact
  • Respect creator opt-out requests and promptly cease processing their data if requested
  • Use creator contact information (such as email addresses) only for legitimate business communications related to potential collaborations
  • Not use Creator Data for discriminatory purposes, including decisions based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Keep creator data secure and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure
  • Delete Creator Data that is no longer needed for your stated business purpose

3. Usage Limits

You may only use the Platform within the limits of your Subscription plan, including credit allowances, feature access, and team seat limits. Exceeding your plan limits without authorization is a violation of this policy.

If you need higher usage limits, please contact us or upgrade your Subscription plan.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing a warning to the offending user
  • Temporarily suspending access to the Platform
  • Permanently terminating the user's account without refund
  • Reporting the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Pursuing legal action to recover damages

We may take any combination of these actions at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

If enforcement includes account termination or deletion, associated data handling and retention timelines are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately:

Please include a description of the violation, any relevant evidence, and the date and time of the incident. All reports are treated confidentially.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
