Billing details and invoices

How to find your invoices, update your payment method, and manage billing contact details in Leewou.

Every payment your workspace makes generates an invoice. You can view them, download them, and update your payment method - all from the Billing details tab in Plan & billing.

Billing details is only visible to the account owner. Team members don't have access to payment or invoice information.

Finding your invoices

Go to Plan & billing in the left sidebar, then click the Billing details tab. The billing history section lists every transaction on your account - charge date, amount, and status.

  1. Open Plan & billing from the sidebar.
  2. Click the Billing details tab.
  3. Scroll to the billing history section.
  4. Click the download icon on any row to get the invoice PDF.

Invoices are generated and hosted through Paddle, our payment processor. The PDF includes your billing address, the plan name, billing interval, and the amount charged.

What's shown in Billing details

The Billing details tab has three sections.

  • Account information - your billing email and the contact details on file.
  • Subscription summary - your current plan type, billing interval, and next billing date.
  • Billing history - a list of all past transactions with dates, amounts, and download links.

Updating your payment method

Payment method updates happen through the Paddle overlay - a secure, PCI-compliant form that runs directly in your browser. Leewou never stores your card details.

  1. Go to Plan & billing → Billing details.
  2. Click Update payment method.
  3. The Paddle overlay opens. Enter your new card details.
  4. Save. The updated method applies immediately to future charges.

Pro tip: Update your payment method before your next renewal date if your current card is expiring. A failed payment will pause your subscription until billing is resolved.

Managing billing through the Paddle portal

For actions beyond what's available in the app - like updating your billing address or accessing your full payment history - you can open the Paddle Customer Portal directly. Go to Billing details and look for the Manage billing link. It opens in a new tab.
