How to export a creator list in Leewou
Export a creator list in Leewou as CSV or XLSX, choose the right scope, and understand the current export limits before you download.
If you need to hand off a shortlist, move it into another workflow, or share a tighter batch with a teammate, export a creator list in Leewou from the list itself. The trick is exporting the right slice, because the current export flow is built for focused batches instead of giant one-click dumps.
That is a good thing most of the time. Smaller exports are easier to review, easier to action, and a lot less likely to turn into stale spreadsheets nobody trusts a week later.
Start from the list view, not the dashboard
Open Manage, choose the list you want, and decide whether you are exporting the whole working set or only a selected batch. Export lives inside the list because scope matters.
- Use Export profiles from the More menu in the top-right corner of the list.
- Or select one or more creators and use Export in the bottom action bar.
- If you are already narrowing the list with search, status, or label filters, leave those in place before you open the export dialog.
Pro tip: selected rows are best for handoff batches. The top-right export button is better when you want to choose scope inside the dialog first.
Choose the export scope on purpose
The export dialog gives you four scopes, and they are not interchangeable. Picking the right one is what keeps the file useful after it leaves Leewou.
- Selected profiles exports only the creators you checked in the table.
- Filtered profiles uses the active search, status, and label filters when those are present.
- All profiles in the list exports the list as a whole.
- Not yet exported is the cleanup option when you only want creators that have not already gone out in a prior export.
If the file is headed to outreach, a client, or ops, Selected profiles or Filtered profiles is usually the safer call. All profiles works when the list is already tight and ready to leave the app.
Know the limit before you hit Export
The dialog warns when Selected, Filtered, or All grows past 50 creators. That is your cue to narrow the batch, not keep pushing the same export and hope it sorts itself out.
- Use Search creators to pull up a tighter subset by handle or name.
- Use the Status filter to isolate the stage you actually need.
- Use the label filter if the list covers more than one market, segment, or campaign.
- Then export the smaller batch instead of the full list.
Note: the current UI warns at 50 creators for the main export scopes. If the batch is larger, narrow the selection or filters before you start the job.
Pick CSV or XLSX based on what happens next
Leewou exports as CSV or XLSX. The right choice depends on where the file is going next, not which button looks more familiar.
- CSV is the better default when the file is headed into another tool or a quick spreadsheet cleanup.
- XLSX is better when a teammate wants a richer workbook format from the start.
- The dialog shows a column preview before export, so you can confirm what the file will include.
The export covers more than usernames. It bundles profile and list data together, including account URL, followers, engagement metrics, audience breakdowns, status, notes, labels, emails, and social links.
What happens after you start the export
Once the job starts, the dialog switches into a progress state. You can watch processed rows, total rows, and percent complete without leaving the list page.
- Cancel export stays available while the job is still running.
- When the export completes, the dialog shows the final file size and a Download file button.
- If some profiles fail, the completed state flags that too.
- If the export fails outright, the dialog tells you instead of leaving you guessing.
That means you do not need to wonder whether the file is still generating or whether something broke in the background. The export state stays visible until you close it.
Use export as part of a batch workflow
Export works best when it is the last step in a tighter batch, not the first step in a messy one. Leewou already gives you the pieces to keep the file focused.
- Select creators after you finish triage on statuses or labels.
- Use the same bottom action bar for Export and Unlock emails when that matches your process.
- Reach for Not yet exported when you are sending staged handoff batches over time.
- Keep the big master list inside Leewou and export only the slice that actually needs to leave the app.
Pro tip: keep the master list in Leewou, then export only the slice a teammate actually needs. Smaller files are easier to review and much less likely to go stale.
