How to read campaign performance in Leewou

Read campaign performance in Leewou using the right order: sync status, overview metrics, channel splits, then creator-level breakdowns.

Once your campaign is live, the hard part is not finding numbers. It is reading the right numbers in the right order so you can explain what happened without overreacting.

Start with sync status before metrics

Open the campaign and read the header first. It shows status, date range, and sync state, including Last synced, Next sync, No sync scheduled, or Sync scheduled - refreshing shortly.

If sync is stale, the metrics below will also look stale. Check freshness first, then evaluate performance.

Note: campaigns not viewed for 48 hours pause syncing automatically until someone opens the campaign again.

Read Overview top to bottom

In Overview, start with participation and output. Creators posted tells you who actually published. Total content tells you how much campaign content was collected.

Then check format mix by platform. A campaign can look active in raw volume but still miss your intended format mix.

Use engagement metrics for direction

  1. Check Total engagement for overall response.
  2. Check Avg. ER% for efficiency.
  3. Check Est. reach and Est. impressions for exposure.
  4. Use Views, Likes, and Comments to understand interaction mix.
  5. Use EMV as a comparative signal, not finance truth.

Leewou tooltips clarify key calculations. For example, estimated impressions are calculated as estimated reach multiplied by 1.3.

Pro tip: If numbers look weak, check Creators posted before diving into EMV. Low participation is often the root cause.

Use channel tabs when campaign spans platforms

When multiple platforms are active, use channel tabs to spot concentration. Aggregated results can hide the fact that one platform is carrying almost everything.

Use the Creators tab for accountability

Open the Creators tab when campaign averages are not enough. Sort by Content, Engagement, ER%, Views, EMV, Est. reach, or Last content to find who moved results.

You can remove creators when needed, but Leewou blocks removing all creators at once to prevent accidental campaign breakage.

Finish campaigns intentionally

Use Finish campaign when the work is done. Finished campaigns are treated as closed: editing and add-creator actions are no longer available.
